Cancellation & No Show Policy
When you schedule an appointment with us, we allow a respectful amount of time to provide the best quality care for your pet. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we do ask that you contact our office as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This will allow us time to schedule other pets who may have been waiting for an available appointment.
Effective February 1st, 2024
In the event that a client should fail to show for an appointment or fail to cancel/reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment:
1st TIME: A copy of this policy will be provided to the client via email, in-person or standard mail.
2nd TIME: A pre-payment of $45 is required in order to schedule the next appointment, which will be non-refundable, but can be applied towards the next office visit.
3rd TIME: We reserve the right to dismiss the client from Alliance Animal Hospital and all medical records can be forwarded to a veterinarian of the client’s choice.
While we make every effort to issue reminders regarding upcoming appointments, including phone calls, emails and text messages, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment.
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances could arise, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. We encourage you to contact us to explain the situation.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so we can continue to provide the best quality care!
